How many orders do you take per year?

We only take a limited amount of homecoming mum and garter orders per school, during the season we will keep our website and media platforms updated as to when we are booked. If your homecoming date is not available, please contact us to see if a spot has opened up.

What is included in the base price?

The base price (varies) of our homecoming mums and garters includes 3 Basic ribbon layers, specialty ribbon/trinkets, 1 Military Braid, 1 Flat Braid, 1 Whip Braid, Name Cutout, Homecoming 20XX Cutout, and a Lanyard for easier wear. Upgrades and different options are available but do increase the price. 

 How do I customize my order?

We use the "Build Your Own Mum" method to every order! Every mum or garter has customization options that will take you step by step through the ordering process. From length to custom cutouts, you have full control over your order. Scroll through the product photos to see ribbon color choices and more examples of the possibilities with your selected mum style. If you are unsure about what you want or would like to give us creative freedom, select DESIGNER'S CHOICE. 

 What if the mum I am wanting is not a listed product?

No worries! We offer completely customized spirit items and will work with you throughout the whole designing process making sure we cross all of our T's and dot all of our I's to make sure we create your dream homecoming mum or garter! Please contact us to place completely custom order and we will set up a FREE CONSULTATION. (Please note consultations may occur via text message, phone call or video chat)

Custom orders must be placed at least 6 WEEKS before homecoming date.

How early should I place my order?

We offer pre-order throughout the months of June-August. We recommend ordering as early as possible to give us the most time to expertly craft your mum, garter or spirit item. If you don't have exact details at the time you place your order, it's okay! We will be in contact with you for things like jersey numbers or other details that may or may not change. 

 What is Pre-Order?

Pre-order offers a discount to customers ordering before typical ordering times. While you receive a discount, this only guarantees your spot for homecoming. We fulfill orders by homecoming date not by when the order was placed.

How late can I place my order?

While most of the time we are booked, you must place your order within TWO WEEKS of your homecoming date, or we will immediately cancel your order and refund your money.

What schools do you offer mums for?

Any school! We cater to everyone in the country, not just local schools.

What is your cancellation policy?

For order cancellations 14 days before your homecoming date, you will receive a full refund. This does not apply to PRE-ORDERS. 

For cancellations 10 days prior to your homecoming date, if we have not begun creating your order, you will receive a 50% refund. If we have begun creating your order, you will be charged for the product used. 

Cancellations after 10 days will receive NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive an email notification and a text message letting you know we have fulfilled your order and will include the pick-up address. If you do not respond or pick-up your order by NOON the day prior to homecoming, we will re-sell the item. 

Orders should be ready 1-2 days before homecoming. While we try to plan ahead for issues we may encounter, sometimes there are things out of our control that cause delays in the mum-making process. If this occurs, we will contact you with the estimated ready time. 

If we are not able to complete your order on time, you will receive a full refund. 

 I received a notification that my order was ready for pick-up. Now what?

Please make sure to respond to our message via email or text. Pick-up times will be listed on our website and also should be included in the notification as well as the address for pick-up.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Yes! We offer both. If you select delivery, a $20.00 delivery fee will be added at checkout. We only offer delivery to those 25 minutes or less from Temple.

Please allow 3-7 business days for ground shipping. This is in addition to the order deadline. Hoco Galore is not liable for damages to your order while being transported. 

Tracking is included in the shipping fee. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number and information.

What happens if my shipped order does not arrive, arrives late or damaged?

Once the package leaves our possession, it is out of our control. We package each item with care to prepare it for it's journey to you. If your item(s) do not arrive, arrive late or damaged, you may start a claim with the carrier.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Cash, Card (via website only), or Venmo. All orders require a 50% deposit upon placing your order. You may choose to pay the entire balance at once or pay the remaining balance once your order is complete. If you are paying the remaining balance after we've completed your order, please use this code at checkout: DEPOSITONLY

How do I leave a review after my order?

You can leave a review on a product via our website, but we ask that all customers fill out a form after their order is completed via the following link to help improve the customer experience!
