The Victory Braid is a traditional Texas homecoming braid. Used typically to host cutouts and act as a filler of sorts, the victory braid can be extremely useful in bringing extra bling or fullness to a mum or garter.
We suggest that the more cutouts you want, the more braids you add so that we can fit everything onto your mum/garter.
